I’m a Bristol-based Pilates teacher and functional strength coach, with focus on women's health. I love all things ‘wellness’ - without the insta, pilates girl ‘ick.
My approach blends intelligent strength work, Pilates, nervous system regulation and a strong dose of rehab know-how—because your body and mind deserve to work together, not in silos.
Combined with my love of all things food and nutrition, I help people feel their healthiest and happiest. Alongside teaching, I run ‘Losow’, my food, retreat and events project that celebrates creativity, connection, and nourishing plant-focused food.
Whether it’s on the mat or at the table, I’m all about helping people feel strong, inspired, and genuinely just well.
